1. About Us
Fire N Honey is a sole-trader business operated by Sarah Taylor, providing photography services (Fire N Honey Images) and business coaching services (Fire N Honey Growth Studio). By booking or enquiring through this website you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Deposits
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and payment of the required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The balance of any session fee is due on or before the session date unless other arrangements have been made.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a session may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Fire N Honey reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, and will offer an alternative date at no additional charge.
4. Photography — Delivery & Usage
Edited digital files will be delivered via your client gallery within the timeframe agreed at booking. Raw (unedited) files are not provided. Fire N Honey retains the copyright to all photographs taken. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to print and share the delivered images. Fire N Honey may use images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session.
5. Coaching — Program Content
Coaching programs, including the Fire N Honey Method and Fast Track Program, are delivered as described on this website. Results are not guaranteed. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. All session notes and resources shared through the client portal are confidential and for your personal use only.
6. Client Portal
Access to the client portal is provided to confirmed clients only. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Portal access may be revoked at any time. Gallery links expire as indicated; it is your responsibility to download images before expiry.
7. Payments
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or credit card (via payment link). All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.
8. Liability
Fire N Honey's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a re-shoot or partial refund at our discretion.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
